Gazprom to increase gas supplies to Poland – source

Russian gas monopoly Gazprom increased gas supplies to Poland.
It is reported by the PAP, citing unofficial sources, a Warsaw correspondent of Ukrinform reports.
“It’s getting better. The PGNiG (Polish Oil and Gas Company – Ed.) got more gas,” said the agency interlocutor.
On Thursday, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy of Poland Janusz Piechocinski informed: the Russian side assured that it will level supply to meet demand.
“After a few hours a silence on the other side we have a statement that supply will meet the order on Friday,” he said.
Recall, Gazprom has not fulfilled a request of the Polish oil and gas company PGNiG for Monday by 20%, for Tuesday – 24%, Wednesday – 45%. In this regard, Poland suspended the reverse of gas to Ukraine from September 10 to September 12.
