“My partners and I are defining the mechanisms to hold Russia accountable for the crime of aggression. Russian aggression has led to systematic war crimes. All these crimes must be punished. France will not forget Bucha, the crimes in Izium, Mariupol, Olenivka,” emphasized the President of France.

According to Emmanuel Macron, world finds out about new Russian crimes in Ukraine every week. Russia’s war of aggression has led to systematic war crimes against Ukraine and its people and Russian leaders have allowed this to happen, in defiance of international law.

“It must be condemned. We provide support in investigations and from the first weeks of the war we involved gendarmes, provided equipment for DNA determination. The International Criminal Court must obtain the necessary evidence. There can be no long-term peace without justice,” added the French President.
