“DPR” confirms participation in Minsk negotiations December 24

A meeting of the contact group in Minsk on settlement of the situation in Donbas is planned for 15:00 Moscow time (14:00 Kyiv time) December 24.
“Deputy Head of the People’s Council” of the self-proclaimed “DPR” Denis Pushilin said, RIA Novosti informs.
“A meeting is confirmed, at least, for now. The beginning is planned for 15:00,” the agency quotes Pushilin.
According to him, the procedure remains the same: withdrawal of artillery and multiple rocket launchers to a safe distance from the contact line, exchange of prisoners, lifting of the economic blockade of Donbas, Ukraine’s enactment of the law on the special status of the region.
