”Corporatization of Concern`s companies will allow for setting up transparent management structures, supervisory boards, to establish uniform rules including those for international investors,” says the statement.

As UNIAN reported earlier, previously Ukroboronprom CEO Roman Romanov pointed out that only half of the companies of Ukroboronprom reported profits for the first nine months of this year. According to him, the company intends to eliminate six loss-making enterprises. Moreover, Romanov said that underfunding of public concern Ukroboronprom on the state defense order for 2016 will amount to nearly UAH 1 billion, which will lead to a reduction in production and possible layoffs.
