Contact Group on Ukraine meets in Minsk

A meeting of the Contact Group on Ukraine, involving representatives of the OSCE, Kyiv and the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk “people’s republics,” has begun in Minsk, according to Interfax.
The meeting of the trilateral contact group is being held in the center of Minsk at Dipservice Hall (Reception House).
“It is attended by Russian Ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Zurabov, representatives of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk ‘people’s republics’ Denis Pushilin and Vladislav Deinego, former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, and the delegation of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) led by special envoy Heidi Tagliavini,” reads the statement.
