Britain has trained 10 crews of Ukraine’s Air Force to operate Sea King helicopters

The British Ministry of Defence noted on November 26, 2022, on Twitter that Great Britain had trained ten crews of the Ukrainian military to operate Sea King helicopters, which it would hand over to Ukraine.

“The UK will provide the Ukrainian Armed Forces with Sea King helicopters as part of its continued support. The Royal Navy has delivered Sea King training to 10 crews of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, enhancing their search and rescue capabilities,” wrote the British Ministry of Defence.

It is noted that Ukrainian crews have been training in the United Kingdom for the past six weeks.

Earlier, British Defence Minister Ben Wallace announced that his country would provide Ukraine with three helicopters of the specified model. According to him, the first one has already been delivered to Ukraine.
