Biden: Ukraine should appoint reformist prosecutor general

U.S. Vice President Joe Biden says that Ukraine should appoint a reformist prosecutor general to maintain international support, according to a statement on the White House`s website.
”In order to maintain international support for Ukraine, the new team should move forward quickly on Ukraine`s reform program, including fulfilling its IMF commitments, as well as on Minsk implementation and the confirmation of a new, reformist Prosecutor General,” Biden told Ukraine`s newly-elected Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman over the phone on Thursday evening.
The U.S. Vice President reiterated unwavering U.S. commitment to the prosperity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
