ATO forces take over Yasynuvata in Donetsk region

The anti-terrorist operation (ATO) forces have occupied the town of Yasynuvata in Donetsk region, which is an important point of rail traffic in the region, and unblocked the roads that link the settlements of Dmytrivka and Diakove.
Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) information and analytical center spokesman Andriy Lysenko said this at a briefing on Monday, a Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“The liberation of Yasynuvata has helped reach Donetsk from north and cut off one of the important channels of supply of weapons and technology to terrorists,” Lysenko said.
He said that the operation was currently underway in the city to detect and neutralize terrorist groups.
