“In response to your request to support Ukrainian sellers on our marketplace, I am pleased to confirm that we have now introduced specific measures for businesses with a shipping address in Ukraine. Starting 6th September, we have reduced referral rates to 0% for a period of 12 months for all Ukrainian sellers on our EU and UK stores. Initially, more than 100 active Ukrainian selling partners are in scope and we will monitor self-service registration channels to add new eligible partners,” noted Vice President for Amazon Marketplace Europe Xavier Flamand.

Now, Ukrainian entrepreneurs will be able to more actively expand to the European and world markets, and find new customers there.

“This will be a powerful push to popularize Ukraine and our business abroad. New conditions for Ukrainian entrepreneurs are a victory on the economic front,” said Mykhailo Fedorov.

The Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine thanked the company for steady and consistent support of Ukraine.

“Amazon, together with Amazon Web Services, provided us with the capacity to store backup registers, provided support for more than $35 million and, in the end, deservedly received the Peace Prize from President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.”
