The Cabinet of Ministers set up the State Service for the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol and Internally Displaced Persons, reads a decree No.297, available on the Governmental portal.
The Ministry of Finance is tasked to develop amendments to the state budget to provide for the costs of the new agency.
In addition, head of the state service is tasked within two weeks after the appointment to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers a draft charter of the agency, as well as draft regulations of the government on the approval of the number of employees and location of the agency.
