About 40 million are short of food due to the Russia’s war against Ukraine, – US Secretary of State

Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine, blocking the supply of vital food from Ukrainian producers to other countries, has turned  40 million people into starving people in various parts of the world.

“When it comes to food security risks, there is a threatening situation in many places. It has sharpened due to Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, which has increased the number of people with food shortages by 40 million.”
