84% of Ukrainians believe ordinary Russians are responsible for the war

More and more Ukrainians are condemning “ordinary Russians” for Russian war crimes.

79% of citizens blamed “ordinary Russians” for the war at the end of March. Only 4% of respondents still believe that ordinary Russian citizens are not to blame for the war.

Belief in victory has also increased among Ukrainians: 91% believed in victory at the end of March, and now 93% of respondents believe in victory.

In addition, 68% of respondents used to be absolutely sure of victory, but now this figure has reached 72%.

Only 1% of Ukrainians are not at all sure that Ukraine will be able to repel Russia’s attack.
