450 Ukrainian children have been killed as a result of Russian armed aggression in Ukraine

The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine noted on December 17, 2022, that Russia had already killed Ukrainian 450 children during the beginning of the full-scale war.

“As of the morning on December 17, 2022, more than 1,313 children were injured in Ukraine as a result of the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation. According to the official information of the juvenile prosecutors, 450 children have been killed and more than 863 were injured of various degrees of severity. These figures are not final, as the work to establish them in the places of active hostilities, and the temporarily occupied and liberated territories continues,” said the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

According to the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, the most affected children were in the Donetsk region– 428, 267 – in the Kharkiv region, 117– in the Kyiv region, 80 – in the Mykolaiv region, 78 – in the Zaporizhzhia region, 74 – in the Kherson region, 68 – in the Chernihiv region, 65 – in the Luhansk region, and 39 – in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
