“We currently have 22,000 teachers who have left the territory of Ukraine. I have to tell you that four months ago, there were more than 30,000 such teachers. Teachers are returning to their workplaces, returning to Ukraine,” said the head of the Ministry of Education and Culture.

At the same time, the Minister emphasized that if a decision is made on the territory of any community about distance learning from the new school year, then the teachers of these schools do not have to return to the country, and vice versa – if the school starts working offline, then the teacher must return and conduct lessons in school.

Shkarlet said that all the countries of the European Union help Ukrainian teachers, pupils and students, but he especially noted Greece, France, Poland, the Czech Republic, the Baltic countries, and Slovenia.
