“After the Russian attack by Iranian drones, one and a half million people in Odesa remain without electricity. The troops of the Russian Federation directed 15 Iranian-made attack drones to the region. 10 of them were shot down by the Air Force of Ukraine. This is the true attitude of Russia towards Odesa, towards Odesa residents – deliberate bullying, deliberate attempt to bring disaster to the city,” explained the Ukrainian President.

According to the Ukrainian President, the energy system of Ukraine is very far from normal – the system has a significant deficit. That’s why there are blackout schedules. Most of them – are in Lviv, Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Ternopil, Sumy, Zakarpattia, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi regions and in the city of Kyiv.
