By annexing Crimea, Russia has carried out an act of aggression against Ukraine. Currently Russia is transferring terrorist and sabotage groups to Eastern Ukraine. Russia aims to prevent legitimate presidential elections from happening. Everyday life in Eastern Ukraine has turned into a continuous nightmare in the middle of Europe. Our country is being destroyed right before our eyes. We therefore take the courage to inform you about current events in Ukraine. This is just another point of view. We will do our best to remain objective.
June 17 – The leader of Donetsk terrorists, the officer of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of Russia’s Armed ForcesIgor Strielkov (Girkin) has said that without the military support of the Russian Federation his men could only survive for one month.
June 17 – During a closed meeting, United Nations Security Council has rejected another resolution draft submitted by Russia concerning the situation in Ukraine. More diplomatic provocations by Russia remain to be seen.
June 17 – During the night, in order to discredit the Ukrainian Army, Russian terrorists started shooting in Luhansk. They used multiple launch rocket system “Grad” (firing range – 20 to 40 km), which is located near the town of Vesela Gora.
June 17 – The number of citizens of Ukraine supporting NATO accession has increased to 47,3% in the last year.
June 17 – Russian troops are massed along the eastern border of Ukraine (in the border regions of Russia), informs “Information Resistance” group. In the morning of June 17th the following situation was observed:
– opposite Donetsk oblast – approx. 6 500 servicemen
– opposite Luhansk and Kharkiv oblasts – over 4 100 servicemen
– opposite Sumy and Chernihiv oblast – over 2 500 servicemen
“Sabotage and intelligence groups formed by the servicemen of Russian special agencies have been spotted in Rostov region of the Russian Federation. Some Russian soldiers are wearing the uniform of the Armed Forces of Ukraine”, informed the leader of “Information Resistance” group Dmytro Tymchuk. Former Defense Minister of Ukraine Oleksandr Kuzmuk has said 900 armed Russian saboteurs have entered the territory of Ukraine from Russia. These men are equipped with heavy armored weapons. Only 100 Ukrainian servicemen are standing against them.
June 17 – Gas pipeline has exploded in Poltava region. The pipeline is used to transport gas to Slovakia. Investigation is pointing to one key version of the explosion – attack by Russian saboteurs. All of this is being done in order to increase the gas price because Russia’s budget heavily depends on it.
