Before and during Minsk the stakes were raised tio the maximum. However, it was only GDP that played its part. Others thought, all this will pass. It did not pass. They are thinking now. I think that sanctions and weapons will happen. Someone wants to avoid this, but GDP not permit that. Such is the logic of the events.
