October 30 – Russian Ministry of Energy has confirmed a temporary gas price of 378 USD per 1000 cubic meters for Ukraine as well as a temporary price of gas of 365 USD per 1000 cubic meters in the first quarter of 2015.
October 30 – President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and German Chancellor Angela Merkel have condemned the intention of holding pseudo-elections in so-called People’s Republics of Donetsk and Luhansk on November 2nd, because this contradicts the Minsk Agreement of September 5th.

October 30 – The foreign ministers of the Visegrád Four (Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic) and Great Britain emphasize the illegality of the elections scheduled for November 2nd in the self-proclaimed People’s Republics of Donetsk and Luhansk. “We urge the Russian Federation to promote peaceful resolution of the conflict and not to recognize these “elections”. Only the elections held according to the laws of Ukraine can be recognized as legitimate”.
October 30 – SBU detained three Ukrainian citizens who were actively involved in terrorist activities on the side of “DNR”. One of them lives in Hirnyk in Donetsk region, a 29 year-old citizen “K” with the surname “Drach”. “As a member of an illegal armed formation, he as a fighter from May to July took part in armed attacks on ATO forces, set up and defended block posts in the villages Karlivka and Pisky in Donetsk region. While on duty, he checked out the transport vehicles and examined the documents of the citizens, looking for individuals who were on the ‘execution’ list of the terrorists,” SBU reported. Those determined by him to be “suspects” were detained and sent for further “examination” in the torture chamber of “DNR”. October
October 30 – Leader of terrorists “DNR” ordered to re-locate all sub-units of fighters from Donetsk to Shakhtarsk, except for the group “Oplot” – Spokesman for Informational -Analytical Center RNBO, Andriy Lysenko. “This caused a new wave of opposition among the “Oplot” fighters and other sub-units.
Some of them, such as “Vostok”,”Kalmius”, and “Ruska orthodox army” plan to unite with “Oplot” in opposition. Those who express a different opinon on this matter will be executed.” According to Lysenko,with the goal “of putting in order” the ranks of the terrorists, from Russia to ATO a subversive special unit from FSB RF, “Vympel” has arrived, consisting of 100 people who are to carry out the punishment operations among the fighters.
