War, not the expected peace arrived at the doorstep of Great Britain and France when they gave up Czechoslovakia to Hitler in 1938. War is happening right here at home and not in faraway Europe – the United States were harshly reminded about this at Pearl Harbor in 1942. War descended on Ukraine and thus is now much closer to Paris and Berlin, because Europe and the US haven’t supported Georgia in 2008. War showed up in the homes of Dutch, British, French, German, Australian families because Europe and the US weren’t courageous enough to lend a helping hand to Ukraine in 2014. It is impossible to run away from war and overwhelming aggression, it is impossible to buy yourself off. The war will catch up with you if you don’t stand up to it with utmost determination.
October 15 – Foreign Ministers of Germany and France are calling to implement Minsk Memorandum in order to resolve the situation in Ukraine. According to German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier, it is necessary to create conditions for truly effective border control in the conflict zone.
October 15 – Poland has offered to sell military equipment and winter uniform/gear to Ukraine and is currently awaiting an answer regarding this proposal, – said former Deputy Defense Minister and Polish General Waldemar Skrzypczak.

October 15 – Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatseniuk has said that Ukrainian authorities have unilaterally decided on the border line with Russia in areas where demarcation wasn’t yet completed. Russia, of course, is against identification of any border lines with Ukraine.

October 15 – A Russian reconnaissance plane violated the Ukrainian border and flew over the territory of the Donbas region – spokesman for RNBO Andriy Lysenko. “The unmanned aircraft was detected 10 times to be headed in the direction of Mariupol, near Donetsk and along the administrative border of the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea,” he noted.
