Russian troops’ attacks on the civilian infrastructure in Ukraine
During the day, there were 34 combat clashes. The Russian army launched 4 missile strikes, 62 aviation attacks, and carried out 26 shellings with rocket artillery systems on the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas.
The operational situation in the east and south of Ukraine remains complex.

- In the Volyn and Polissya directions, the operational situation remains unchanged.
- In the Siversk and Slobozhansk directions, the Russian army conducted aviation strikes in the areas of Popivka in Chernihiv Oblast, Hrabivka in Sumy Oblast, and Hraniv in Kharkiv Oblast. Over 25 populated areas were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling, including Bleshnia in Chernihiv Oblast, Kozache, Ugroidy, Hrabovske in Sumy Oblast, and Udy, Veterynarne, Vovchansk, Budarky, Ohirtseve in Kharkiv Oblast.
- In the Kupiansk direction, Ukrainian troops repelled Russian attacks in the area of Synkivka. More than 10 populated areas, including Krasne Pershe, Kamyanka, Figolivka, and Dvorichna in Kharkiv Oblast, were subjected to Russian artillery and mortar shelling.
- In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled Russian attacks in the area of Novoyehorivka in Luhansk Oblast. The Russian army conducted aviation strikes near Bilohorivka in Luhansk Oblast, Verkhniokamyanske, and Spirne in Donetsk Oblast. Over 10 populated areas, including Nevske and Bilohorivka in Luhansk Oblast, and Verkhniokamyanske, Vesele, and Yampolivka in Donetsk Oblast, were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling.
- In the Bakhmut direction, Ukrainian soldiers forces repelled Russian attacks in the areas of Orikhovo-Vasylivka and Klishchiivka in Donetsk Oblast. The Russian army carried out an aviation strike near Ivanivka in Donetsk Oblast. Over 15 populated areas, including Chasiv Yar, Ivanivka, Klishchiivka, and Pivnichne in Donetsk Oblast, were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling. Additionally, the Ukrainian army achieved partial success by pushing Russian military out of their positions and consolidating their gains to the south of Bakhmut.
- In the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled Russian attacks in the areas of Novokalynove and Avdiivka in Donetsk Oblast. The Russian army conducted an aviation strike near Avdiivka in Donetsk Oblast. Over 10 populated areas, including Novokalynove, Keramik, Stepove, Avdiivka, and Severne in Donetsk Oblast, were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling.
- In the Marinka direction, Ukrainian soldiers continue to hold back the Russian troops’ advance in the areas of Krasnohorivka and Marinka in Donetsk Oblast. The Russian army carried out an aviation strike near Krasnohorivka. Approximately 10 populated areas, including Krasnohorivka, Marinka, and Pobeda in Donetsk Oblast, were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling.
- In the Shakhtarsk direction, Ukrainian soldiers continue to restrain the Russian troops’ advance south of Prychystivka. The Russian army conducted an aviation strike near Urozhaine. About 10 populated areas, including Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Zolota Nyva, and Urozhaine in Donetsk Oblast, were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling.
- In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the Russian army conducted aviation strikes near Mala Tokmachka, Robotyne, and Omelnyk in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Olhivske, Hulyaypole, Mala Tokmachka, Robotyne, and Kamyanske in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, were subjected to Russian artillery and mortar shelling.
- In the Kherson direction, the Russian army conducted aviation strikes near Kozatske and Odradokamianka. Antonivka, Kherson, Veletenske, and Tomyna Balka in Kherson Oblast were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling.
The Ukrainian troops’ strikes on Russian equipment
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue their offensive operation in the Melitopol direction, destroying the Russian army and gradually liberating the occupied territories.
During the day, the aviation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine conducted 9 strikes on areas where Russian personnel, equipment, and military technology were concentrated, as well as on positions of Russian anti-aircraft missile systems.
Units of missile troops and artillery have struck 1 ammunition depot, 5 artillery pieces, 2 command posts, and 2 Russian anti-aircraft missile complexes.
