Russians shelled 4 communities in the Sumy region

The Sumy Regional Military Administration reported that the troops of the Russian Federation shelled four territorial communities of the Sumy region (northeastern Ukraine), releasing a total of 70 mines and shells on April 25, 2023.

“Yunakivka community: artillery shelling was carried out from the territory of the Russian Federation — “4 arrivals”. As a result of the shelling on the territory of one enterprise, the power line, the premises of the car garage and the windows in the premises of the sawmill were damaged. Also, 2 mortar attacks were recorded on the territory of the community,” explained the Sumy Regional Military Administration.

The Russian army also carried out mortar and artillery strikes on the Bilopollia community — 25 and 17 “arrivals”, respectively. As a result of the shelling, one of the households was damaged.

“Russian soldiers fired nine mines from mortars into the Khotin community, damaging the power line. Russians also shelled the Esman community four times with mortars — a total of 13 explosions were recorded,” added the Sumy Regional Military Administration.
