Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration noted that Russian troops carried out seven missile strikes on Kramatorsk and two on Kostiantynivka at night on January 8, 2023.

“In Kramatorsk, the buildings of an educational institution and an industrial facility, as well as a garage cooperative, were damaged. In Kostiantynivka, the industrial zone was hit. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties during the Russian shelling. In addition, a few hours earlier, Kurakhove and the village of Kurakhivka came under Russian fire – private houses and networks that provide the Kurakhivka community with heat were damaged,” said the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.
The Russian army does not stop terrorizing, first of all, the civilian population, striking important infrastructure facilities.
“The Russian army does it daily and purposefully. We record the crimes of Russians on our Ukrainian land in detail. Everyone involved in the crimes will be held accountable,” added Pavlo Kyrylenko.
Later, the mayor of Kramatorsk Oleksandr Honcharenko said that 2 educational institutions, 8 apartment buildings and garages were damaged.
