The Lithuanian journalist Andrius Tapinas wrote on Twitter on November 17, 2022, that the Lithuanians bought a marine drone for Ukraine for $250,000 raised earlier.

“It is official. Lithuanians bought marine drone for Ukraine for $250 000 and with amazing 12 000 votes in just several hours named it “PEACE Дец” [fuck-up – ed.],” wrote Andrius Tapinas.
The Lithuanian journalist also says that funding of another drone from Lithuania continues.
“Our best wishes for peace go for Russian Black Sea fleet Funding for another drone from Lithuania is underway,” concluded Andrius Tapinas.
Earlier, the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov announced that the funds will be transferred through the United24 fundraising platform, and Lithuanians themselves will choose the name of the drone they financed for.
In addition, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the start of fundraising for a fleet of naval drones in Ukraine.
