“Unfortunately, the destruction was not the only consequence of these Russian shellings. We have three dead and seven injured workers from the end of September until today. This is the biggest loss – people who died and were injured,” said the executive director of “DTEK Energo” Dmytro Saharuk.
Due to Russian terrorist missile strikes, several DTEK thermal power plants were so seriously damaged that they had to stop work.
Russia massively attacked the energy infrastructure facilities of Ukraine from October 10 to October 22, 2022, which led to a power shortage in the energy system. Power plants and node substations were destroyed. Power engineers restore power supply in the affected regions around the clock.
