The Head of the Donetsk Region Military Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko said that Russian troops hit the central market in Avdiivka, Donetsk region (east of Ukraine), at least 7 civilians dead and 8 were injured.

“At least 7 dead and 8 injured – the result of the morning shelling of Avdiivka. The Russians struck the central market, where many people were at that time. There is no military logic in such shelling – only an unstoppable desire to kill as many Ukrainian civilians as possible and intimidate others.”
The Head of the Donetsk Region Military Administration added Russian troops once again demonstrated their essence. They are not capable of resisting the Ukrainian army, they are just “fighting” with unarmed civilians.
Pavlo Kyrylenko also called on the residents of the Donetsk region to move away.
