The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted in his evening address that Ukrainian defenders have already liberated and stabilized more than 500 square kilometers of the territory of the Kherson region (south of Ukraine) with dozens of settlements, and also achieved success in advancing in the east of our state since the beginning of October.

“More than half a thousand square kilometers of the territory of the Kherson region and dozens of settlements were freed and stabilized from the Russian pseudo-referendum since October 1. There are successes in the eastern direction as well,” said the head of the country.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy assured that one day Ukraine would also report on the successful actions of our fighters in the areas of the Zaporizhzhia region that are still occupied by Russian troops.
“One day, we will also be able to speak about the liberation of Crimea. This is a clear perspective. However, it is obvious that there are still many steps to be taken. There are still many things to be done, both for Ukrainians, as well as our partners. For everyone who values freedom, international law and human rights.”
