On August 17, 2022, it became known, that Ukraine’s court seized the corporate rights and real estate of one of the largest Russian manufacturers of semi-finished products in Ukraine. The amount of seized property is over 350 million hryvnias.

The prosecutor’s office states the seized assets are planned to be handed over to the state – to the management of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency of Ukraine.
According to the investigation, the company, the owner of which is a Russian, evaded paying taxes for 150 million hryvnias from 2019 to 2021.
The prosecutor’s office’s report does not specify the name of the company, but according to the media, it is most likely about TM “Yermolino”. The manufacturer’s website states that the company’s branded stores are temporarily closed.
Uaposition memo: The manufacturer of semi-finished products TM “Yermolino” belongs to Ilya Oleksandrov, a resident of Moscow, and a citizen of Malta. In Ukraine, he owns four enterprises registered in the territory of the Dnipro region, as well as one in Kyiv.
