The draft state budget 2015 is based on the average hryvnia rate of 17 UAH/USD.
Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk told in the parliament Tuesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“The average rate in calculation of the state budget is 17 UAH/USD,” Yatseniuk said.
