White trucks that illegally delivered the so-called “humanitarian convoy” from Russia to Ukraine are currently used for material support for Russian troops in Ukraine.
Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) information and analytical center spokesman Andriy Lysenko said this at a briefing on Tuesday, a Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“The Russian side now uses trucks from the so-called humanitarian convoy for material financial support for terrorists and Russian Armed Forces groups operating on Ukrainian territory,” Lysenko said.
He said that last night four white trucks arrived in Dmytrivka in Donetsk region from Russia and returned to Russia in an hour. “This is not the first time when white trucks illegally cross the border, escorted by off-road vehicles with security guards,” Lysenko said.
