Ukrainian 8-year-old fan heading to EURO-2016 denied visa

A famous eight-year-old football fan from the city of Lviv, Volodymyr Bobenchyk, may miss UEFA EURO-2016, because the Embassy of France denied granting an entry visa to him and his parents, Ukraine Today reports.
Along with all the required documents, the family provided the flight tickets and the tickets for two matches of the football championship: Ukraine-Poland and Ukraine-Germany, according to Ukraine Today.
But the Embassy`s consular office concluded that the travel purpose is not proved and refused a visa.
Volodymyr Bobenchyk is a very famous fan in football circles. He often participates in open training and other events of the National football team.
The family appealed against the decision in electronic form. The boy`s father Ivan Bobenchyk visited the visa center and was informed that his family needs to present new proves of their trip purpose.
