European Parliament President Martin Schulz has signed a letter informing the Ukrainian side about the completion of the ratification of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement, Ukrinform’s correspondent has reported.
“I also signed the letter regarding the entry into force of this decision. This is a signal of solidarity of the European Parliament to the Ukrainian parliament and people,” Schulz said in Strasbourg on Tuesday.
As Ukrinform reported, on Tuesday, September 16, the Verkhovna Rada and the European Parliament ratified the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU.
