A high-level meeting will be held in the format Ukraine-European Union-Eurasian Troyka (Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia) in Minsk.
It is planned that participating in it will be Presidents: Petro Poroshenko of Ukraine, Alexander Lukashenko of Belarus, Nursultan Nazarbayev of Kazakhstan and Vladimir Putin of Russia.
The EU sends its three members to Minsk, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton, Vice President of the European Commission – Energy Commissioner Guenther Oettinger and European Commissioner for Trade Karel De Gucht.
The main themes of the meeting will be implementation of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU and the issues of energy security and stabilization of the situation in the East of Ukraine.
Within the frames of the event, a meeting of Presidents of Ukraine and Russia is planned.
