Speaking at a conference in Bratislava, the Minister again called on NATO to deploy troops along the Alliance`s eastern borders. He expressed hope that such decision will be made at the July NATO summit in Warsaw
Earlier, US President Barack Obama stressed the need to strengthen the U.S. military capabilities in Europe, which, according to him, needs more support in light of the increasing Russian aggression of Russia. U.S. plans to increase spending on the support of its European allies to $3.5 billion.
