OSCE will try to stop fire in Donbas flash points

The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) in Ukraine will try to arrange local ceasefires in flash points in Donbas to allow civilians to leave the dangerous territory.
Spokesperson for the OSCE SMM Michael Bociurkiw has announced this at the briefing, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“If possible, the SMM will try to organize local ceasefires to allow innocent civilians to leave the dangerous territory,” Bociurkiw says.
According to him, few days ago the SMM observers organized a short-time temporary truce in village Pavlopil [25 km from Mariupol], but it gave people the opportunity to leave.
Bociurkiw notes that situation in eastern Ukraine escalates, and the number of people, who suffer from military operations, is increasing.
In particular, according to the UN, five million people have felt the effects of the armed conflict. More than one million people are displaced. The death toll now is more than five thousand. There more than ten thousand wounded and injured, the official representative of the OSCE SMM informs.
