Number of displaced persons in Ukraine reaches over 455,000

The number of internally displaced persons in Ukraine is 455,175 people.
Head of the State Service for Emergency Situations Serhiy Bochkovsky said this at a briefing in Kyiv on Monday, a Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“As of yesterday, the number of all displaced persons is 455,175, including 127,409 children and 84,946 disabled and elderly people. As many as 19,221 people were displaced to other regions from Crimea and Sevastopol, 435,954 persons from the anti-terrorist operation zone, including 67,072 people from Donetsk region and 28,840 people from Luhansk region,” he said.
Bochkovsky also said that 1,000 people, including 156 children and 137 disabled and elderly people, had moved from the area of the anti-terrorist operation in Donbas in the past 24 hours.
