Over the previous day, most activities of Russian-terrorist forces were noted on the Donetsk direction.
Spokesman of the NSDC Information-Analytical Center said this at a briefing Thursday, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“The enemy showed the highest activity on the Donetsk direction. Militants fired from mortars, grenade launchers and other small arms our positions near Pisky, Maryinka, Avdiyivka, Taramchuk, Novokalynove, Orlivka, Mayorsk,” Lysenko said.
He stressed that the intensity of shelling of the ATO forces was not less against the previous days.
The Spokesman of the NSDC Information-Analytical Center added that in all cases, when the Armed Forces of Ukraine have confirmed information about the location of the enemy’s gun posts, our artillerists open fire for effect. “In particular, near the settlements of Volnovakha and Pisky, the enemy’s sabotage-intelligence group was destroyed, and near Frunze, two mortar detachments of terrorists were destroyed,” Lysenko noted.
