“Allegedly, we agreed on everything with the Russians. Next week will show how sincere these arrangements are. Will they be able to tame the thugs, who shot peaceful villages both on this and on the other side of the line of collision, or we can help the Russians in this,” Poroshenko said.
He also promised to restore the Ukrainian authorities in the liberated territories in full.
