“LNR” and “DNR” leaders to return to Minsk for talks

Leaders of self-proclaimed “LNR” and “DNR” are ready return to Minsk, Belarus, for resuming talks.
RIA Novosti reported the news on Saturday, January 31.
The representative of “LNR” Vladislav Deyneho said he was ready to meet with any representatives from Kyiv whose powers are confirmed by documents, the report said.
As a reminder, the representative of “DNR” Denis Pushilin and Deyneho had arrived in Minsk, Belarus, earlier for talks, but left the city without waiting for representatives from Kyiv.
