Klimkin promises new ambassadors to Poland and France will be “pleasant surprise”

Ambassadors of Ukraine to key states, including Poland and France, will be appointed in the coming days.
Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said on air of the Channel 5, Ukrinform reports.
“Literally, the next day ambassadors will be appointed to some countries. Valeriy Chaly (Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration – Ed.) has announced, even to Poland and France. I really think that all will be very pleasantly surprised,” Klimkin said.
He noted that the choice of ambassadors to key countries was carried out by the criterion of ability of future Ukrainian envoys to move Ukraine’s relations with the countries of destination in terms of support and solidarity with Ukraine.
Recall that our country has not ambassadors to several European countries today, including Germany, Poland and the UK, although there are diplomatic missions in these countries.
Earlier it was reported that Ukraine’s Ambassador to Poland may be former Acting Foreign Minister Andriy Deshchytsia.
