Government refuses to conduct negotiations with terrorists – Hroisman

The government is not planningn to revise a decision about stopping social payments in Donbas districts, controlled by terrorist groups.
Vice Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroisman told reporters Thursday, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“I think that the “DPR” and “LPR” are purely terrorist organizations. Therefore, an appeal of such nonexisting organizations cannot be considered. The government took a decision on possibility of funding social payments. And there is only one way – a person should come to the territory, controlled by Ukraine,” he said.
The Vice Prime Minister stressed that only after registration of internal migrants on the territory, controlled by the Ukrainian authority, they will be able to fully receive payments.
To remind, over recent days, terrorists of self-proclaimed “LPR” and “DPR” approached the Ukrainian power with an insistent request to revise a decision of the government to stop social payments in some districts of Donbas before the armed terrorist formations leave them.
