Donbas terrorist leaders do not let OSCE to see areas with militant bases

Leaders of terrorist organizations in Donetsk region have not let the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to visit the areas where fortified bases of the so-called ”7th separate motorized rifle brigade” are located, according to spokesman for the Ukrainian presidential administration Andriy Lysenko said.
”The command of the so-called `7th separate motorized rifle brigade` (Debaltseve) has banned the OSCE international monitors` access to the areas where [militant] fortified bases are located,” Lysenko said on Sunday.
The militants continue hampering international monitors` work, which is a gross violation of the Minsk peace agreements, he said.
As UNIAN reported earlier, an SMM patrol came under small-arms fire during a foot patrol in Avdiyivka-Yasynuvata area in Donetsk region on May 27; none of the patrol members was injured.
