Ukraine’s State Border Service has recorded the shelling of Ukrainian territory from the side of Russia for the first time since the signing of the Minsk agreements.
Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) information and analytical center spokesman Andriy Lysenko said this at a briefing on Friday.
“Artillery fire from Russian territory was recorded from the direction of the settlement of Manotsky (Russia) in the direction of the settlement of Komyshne (Ukraine), near a border post of the Luhansk detachment,” Lysenko said.
