Court chooses personal recognizance as preventive measure against Kasko

Kyiv Pechersk District Court has rejected the prosecutors` motion to arrest former Deputy Prosecutor General Vitaliy Kasko and imposed a pre-trial restraint in the form of a personal recognizance.
The relevant decision was announced by the investigating judge Oleh Bilotserkivets, according to an UaPosition correspondent,
”The court ruled to impose a pre-trial restraint against the suspect Vitaliy Kasko in the form of a personal recognizance,” the judge said.
As UaPosition reported earlier, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine (PGO) asked Kyiv Pechersk District Court to arrest former Deputy Prosecutor General Vitaliy Kasko, setting bail at UAH 1.8 million.
