Pro-Russian terrorists continue to violate the cease fire in Donbas despite the fact that Ukraine is fulfilling the Minsk agreements including the withdrawal of heavy-weapons and making changes to a law granting the terrorists’ republics a self-rule.
Recently the firing by terrorists has become more frequent and this week they have used heavy weapons against the Ukrainians firing militants and locals.
Secretary of the National Security Council Oleksandr Turchynov states that this activization of firing means that the enemy is preparing for a new large-scale military operation.
