In 2010, the German newspaper “Süddeutsche Zeitung” published an article by Russian Prime Minister V. Putin, “Russia and Europe: from understanding the lessons of the crisis – to the new partnership agenda.” In his article, the Russian prime minister “has shared with readers of the newspaper his vision of prospects of cooperation between Russia and the EU”, concluded, in his view, in the need of:
· creating of a single economic space from Lisbon to Vladivostok;
· conducting general industrial policy (which in fact means creating conditions for Russia to access advanced European technologies);
· creating of united European energy complex (i.e., increasing energy dependence of Europe from Russia);
· enhancement of scientific cooperation between Russia and Europe (i.e., “lifting off its knees” Russian science at the expense of European scholars);
· elimination of the visa regime between Russia and the EU.
Kremlin’s armed aggression against Ukraine presents certain obstacles to European expansion of Moscow’s zone of influence under the beautiful slogan “from Lisbon to Vladivostok”.
Now the EU:
· urgently reduces energy dependence on Russia;
· Russia is denied access to advanced technologies in the most critical field of energetics;
· Russian authorities are not allowed to use visas to enter Europe.
In addition, the EU started to introduce counteractive information techniques to protect Europeans’ sensitive minds from the dangers of Russian propaganda.
Destruction of the western civilization in its present form
Nevertheless, among the Europeans (including businessmen), there are still many supporters of increased cooperation with Russia. The truth is, such a love for Putin’s Russia is connected to political irresponsibility and ignoring of the real attitude towards them on the part of the Kremlin regime, as well as of all the prospects of such cooperation with Moscow.
A lack of understanding by European politicians and businessmen of all the dangers of flirting with modern Putin’s Russia is of particular concern.
There will be very revealing excerpts from the article ” Civilization take-downs ” by Alexander Bovdunov, sociology professor at Moscow State University and a federal commissioner of the Eurasian Youth Union (youth structure within the framework of the International Eurasian Movement headed by A.Dugin). It is interesting that this relatively fresh article (13 January 2015) describes the steps that should be taken by Russia in its confrontation with the West (Europe). Since those steps are carried on by Kremlin regime for years, the article should be seen as a confirmation of fait accompli.
The following excerpts should be interesting not only for enemies, but also for admirers of Putin’s Russia.
“… So, to conduct network warfare, we need organizational and information networks. Откуда их взять? Where to find them? Можно использовать уже имеющиеся сети. We can use the existing networks. In this case, we would be limited by certain ideas underlying those networks and eventually we will need to gain control over those. We can also try and create our own networks in the territory of the enemy, this is harder, but we will control those networks from the very beginning.
In order to understand our goals, to understand what will be the basis of our doctrinal level of the war in Europe, it is important to understand the meaning of the ongoing war, the essence of the conflict. The conflict between Russia and the West has two most important dimensions: geopolitical and civilizational. The role of the civilizational dimension is increasing; we see a conflict between civilizations more often. In view of the basic irreducible differences between civilizations the final solution of any inter-civilization conflict can only be the destruction of one of its members. В этом случае устраняются сами предпосылки конфликта. In this case, the background of the conflict is eliminated.
Thus, recognizing the civilizational nature of the conflict between Russia and the West, our goal is destruction of the West in its present form, as a civilization. Therefore, resorting to the use of existing networks, the advantage should be given to those which are themselves somehow aimed at the destruction of the modern European civilization identity.
As such, they should advocate totalitarian sects, separatist movements, movements of neo-Nazis and racists, anarchists and anti-globalization activists, radical ecologists, Eurosceptic, isolationists, illegal migrants and so on”.
Neo-Nazis, racists Eurosceptics, separatists
Naturally, we can disagree with all the above, citing the fact that Bovdunov is only a sociology professor from Moscow State University. In fact Dugin, MSU and the International Eurasian Movement play a significant role in the creation of networks of agents of influence in Europe, aimed at the destruction of the EU and strengthening the geopolitical position of Russia in Europe. It is noteworthy that Russia, as the main “fighter against fascism” does not disdain to use the fascists, neo-Nazis, right-wing and left-wing parties and organizations for destroying EU. Leveraging right side (right-wing) forces started relatively recently (since the time of Putin). And when working with European leftist forces Russia is using Soviet times undercover developments.
To achieve its goals the Kremlin regime demonstrates an amazing political pantophagy. Аnd individuals cooperating with the Kremlin – an amazing dementia, lack of historical memory, greed and political irresponsibility.
1. The Polish example
In Poland, the network of agents of the Kremlin influence represents parties and organizations of left and right.
The left flank is represented by party “Smena” (Successors) – formed in winter 2015 (with a view to the parliamentary elections in autumn 2015). ; The party does not want Poland to be a “watchdog of America”; it opposes membership in NATO and the EU, the party is for close cooperation with neighbors like Russia and Belarus (Ukraine apparently is not considered a neighbor of Poland).
The leader of “Change” is a notorious M.Piskorsky – a true friend of the Kremlin and Dugin’s and eurasians.
Political partners of this party in Europe are Left Party (Germany) and the Coalition of the Radical Left – SYRIZA (Greece). Both parties are friends of Moscow.
The administrative board of the party M.Piskorsky included such amusing individuals:
B.Beker – deputy head of the party “Change”, leader of the fascist organization “Phalanx” (the party of the left-wing!), editor of the online «X-portal», a friend and admirer of Bashar al-Assad, Gaddafi, A.Zaharchenko and D.Pushilin.
K.Renkas – deputy head of the party, Vice President of pro-Russian expert project in Poland “The European Center for Geopolitical Analysis”, the head of organization
“Kresovo patriotic movement”.
T.Yankovsky – party secretary, the secretary of the association “Ukrainian Committee” established in spring of 2015.
Party “Change” and M.Piskorsky are in close relations with the organization “Stop Shield”, which opposes the deployment of US missile defense system in Poland, and with the International Institute of the newest states (non-governmental international organization headquartered in Moscow).
The new association – “Ukrainian Committee” – has these board members: M.Piskorsky, Y.T.Kaminsky (chairman of the board of the International Institute of the newest states) B.Beker, T.Yankovsky. The organization claims to be acting in the interests of “the development of Polish-Ukrainian relations”, in particular, conducts by Kremlin orders periodic anti-Ukrainian actions in Warsaw about the tragic events in Odessa, May 2, 2014.
The right flank of the Russian networks in Poland is presented by such parties and organizations:
1. Party “National Movement” – belongs to Euroskeptics, works closely with the Hungarian far-right party “Jobbik” that is sponsored by Russia. Leaders of the party “Jobbik” have direct contact with Dugin.
“Polish Youth” is the youth wing of the “National Movement” .
2. Nationalist Association “Camp of Great Poland” – cooperates with the Russian movement “Narodnyj Sobor” (People’s Cathedral). Supporters of the “Camp” were seen in the “DNR”.
