The brave resistance of the Ukrainians against a Russian military invasion continues on the 156th day.
The situation in the Volyn, Polissia and Siverskyi directions, including the combat, the numerical composition, and the nature of the enemy’s actions, remained the same. The Russian army used barrel and rocket artillery to strike in the Siverskyi direction of Ukraine. It struck in the areas around Pisky (Chernihiv region), Zhuravka (Sumy region). The engineering equipment for these positions is being repaired.
Russian troops launched artillery fire in the Kharkiv direction in the areas of Kharkiv, Udy, Dementiiyivka, Slatyne, Protopopivka, Nove, Zolochiv, Prudianka, Ruska Lozova, Ruski Tyshky, Petrivka, Bezruky, Borshchova, Staryi Saltiv, Korobochkine and Ridne. Near Staryi Saltiv, a pair of the Russian army’s Mi-8 helicopters attacked.
Russian shelling was reported in the Sloviansk direction in the districts Kurulka and Dibrivne, Lozova, Shnurky, Husarivka, Hrushuvaha, Virnopillia, Mospanove as well as Nortsivka and Mazanivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, there were no active actions by the Russian troops. The areas of Siversk, Spirne, Kryva Luka, Serebrianka, Hryhorivka, Zvanivka, Verkhnyokamyanske and Ivano-Daryivka were shelled by Russian militaries. Near Serebrianka, and Spirne were airstrikes.
Russia conducts shelling in the direction of Bakhmut near Shumy, Pokrovske, Soledar, Yakovlivka, Bakhmut, Vesela Dolyna, Travneve, Zaitseve, Vershyna and Berestove. Ukrainian Defence Forces defeated the Russian invaders’ attack and repelled offensive actions in the direction of Vershyna, Semyhiria. The Russian army is trying offensive actions in Novoluhanske, Soledar districts. Hostilities are ongoing. The enemy attempted to advance towards Velyka Novosilka, Krasnohorivka and Avdiyivka, but failed and withdrew.
Russian shelling from tanks, barrel, and rocket artillery was observed in the South Buh direction. It was near the settlements of Ivanivka and Tokarevo, Karyerne, Blahodatne, Kobzartsi, Chervona Dolyna, Lepetiha, Andriyivka, Velyke Artakove, Veselyi Kut, Partyzanske, Shevchenko, Myrne, Shyroke, Prybuzke, Luch, Posad-Pokrovske, Liubomyrivka, Stepova Dolyna, Tavriyske, Oleksandrivka and Osokorivka. Near Velike Artakove and Bilohirka, airstrikes were carried out by the Russian army.
3 Russian carriers of sea-based cruise weapons of the “Kalibr” type are located in the Black Sea. They are ready to use missile weapons.
Ukrainian aircraft and missile and artillery forces continue to attack strongholds as well as concentrations of Russian invaders’ equipment and manpower.
