Today is the 143rd day since the heroic resistance of the Ukrainian citizens against a Russian military invasion has begun.
Russia continues to launch rocket attacks against military and civilian targets on the territory of Ukraine. People are urged not to ignore the air warning signals.
The situation has not changed in the Volyn and Siverskyi directions. To demonstrate and limit the actions of units in the Ukrainian Defense Forces, the Russian army shot at Ukrainian troops near Zarutske, Budivelne and Starykove in the region of Sumy, Ukraine.
Russian troops are reorganizing in the Slobozhansk direction with the intention of further advance in the direction the settlements Barvinkove or Sloviansk. Russia is concentrating its efforts in Sivers’k, Bakhmut on the Slovyansk-Bakhmut directions. The Russian army continues to use all fire damage options along the contact line. This was evident in Siversk, Verkhnokamyanske, Oleksandrivka, Donetske, Spirne, Travneve, Pokrovske, Soledar, New York (Donetsk region), Kodema and Nykyforivka. Near New York, Berestove, and Soledar, Russian occupiers launched airstrikes.
Russian invaders attempted to consolidate its tactical position in the Ivano-Daryivka and Hryhorivka areas, Novoluhanske and Semyhirya settlements, and to take control of the Vuhlehirska power station. Russian units were defeated by the Ukrainian soldiers who forced them to withdraw.
Russian occupiers attacked Ukrainian troops in the Avdiyivka and Novopavlivka directions with mortars, barrels and rocket artillery. They also attacked the areas of Volodymyrivka and Volodymyrivka. Avdiyivka was the site of an airstrike.
Russia continues to shell in the South Buh direction using barrel artillery along with rocket salvo fire systems. In the Potemkine area, airstrikes were conducted. There is still a threat of missile strikes by Russia against the critical infrastructure in the region. Ukrainian units continue to carry out successful missile and artillery firing missions in the designated direction and maintain a strong defense.
