The Russian occupiers in Kharkiv are focusing their efforts to stop Ukrainian Defense Forces from moving towards the state border. In the vicinity of the settlements of Zolochiv, Chepil, Khrestyshche, Cherkaska Lozova, Malynivka, the Russian army launched artillery fire. In the Sloviansk direction it attacked the territory close to urban area of Husarivka, Bohorodychne, Dolyna, Kurulka, Adamivka. The Ukrainian units repelled the attack in the direction Pasika – Dolyna.
Russian troops are moving towards Kramatorsk and has crossed the Siverskyi Donets River. They are trying to take over Bilohorivka. To limit their actions, fire continues to affect units of Ukrainian army. Near villages Bilohorivka, Hryhorivka, Russian artillery shelling was reported. In the Lysychansk direction Russian soldiers are using barrel artillery to bombard the Verhnokamianka, Zolotarivka settlements. They launched an attack in the direction Zolotarivka, taking control of the settlement. In the Bakhmut area Russian units attack using artillery the civilian area of Bakhmut, Soledar, Klynove, Pokrovske.
Ukrainian soldiers defeated Russian offensive actions directed at Nyrkove-Berestove. The Russian army also attempted to conduct combat reconnaissance in the direction Vasylivka-Berestove but failed. Russian troops operated in the Vovchoiarivka-Spirne and Mykolayivka-Spirne areas but withdrew with losses.
Russian soldiers used artillery to shell the areas around the settlements of Avdiyivka and Pisky, Novopavlivka and Zaporizhia. Avdiyivka, Shevchenko and Kamianka were the targets of Russian airstrikes.
The Russian army is focusing its efforts in the South Buh direction to stop the advance of the Ukrainian Defense Forces units on possible offensive lines.
