Russian troops’ attacks on the civilian infrastructure in Ukraine
During the day, Russian troops carried out 5 missile strikes, using 4 air-launched ballistic missiles Kh-47 Kinzhal (1 was destroyed by Ukrainian Air Force) and 1 S-300 missile. Additionally, the Russian army conducted 24 airstrikes and carried out around 37 shelling attacks using rocket artillery systems on the positions of Ukrainian soldiers and populated areas. Unfortunately, due to the Russian terrorist attacks, there are casualties and injuries among the civilian population, including children. Residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure have suffered damages.
The likelihood of missile and aerial strikes across the entire territory of Ukraine remains high. Throughout the day, 25 clashes took place.

- In the Volyn and Polissya directions, the operational situation remains relatively unchanged.
- In the Siversk and Slobozhansk directions, the Russian army carried out mortar and artillery shelling on over 20 populated areas, including Klyusy in Chernihiv Oblast; Seredyna-Buda, Vodolagy, Loknia in Sumy Oblast; and Odnorobivka, Udy in Kharkiv Oblast.
- In the Kupiansk direction, the Russian army conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the vicinity of Synkivka and Ivanivka in the Kharkiv region. It carried out airstrikes in the areas of Kyslivka and Pershotravneve in the Kharkiv region. Russian troops also subjected over 15 populated areas to artillery and mortar shelling, including Kupiansk, Kurylivka, Kyslivka, Kotliarivka, Tabaivka, and Krokhmalne in the Kharkiv region.
- In the Lyman direction, Russian soldiers conducted airstrikes in the regions of Nevske, Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region, and Vesele, Zaliznianske, Klischiivka in the Donetsk region. They shelled over 25 populated areas with artillery, including Nevske, Dibrova, Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region, and Zarichne, Yampil, Serebrianka in the Donetsk region.
- In the Bakhmut direction, the Russian army conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the areas of Bohdanivka, Klischiivka, and Bila Hora in the Donetsk region. Over 20 populated areas were affected by Russian artillery shelling, including Ivanivske, Klischiivka, Kurdiumivka, Ozarianivka, Diliivka, and Druzhba in the Donetsk region.
- In the Avdiivka direction, under intense Russian aviation and artillery fire, Ukrainian troops continue to repel the Russian soldiers’ advance in the Avdiivka area of the Donetsk region. Over 10 populated areas were subjected to artillery shelling, including Oleksandropil, Keramik, Novobakhmutivka, Stepove, Avdiivka, and Severene in the Donetsk region.
- In the Marinka direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to withstand the Russian troops’ advance in the area of Marinka in the Donetsk region. The Russian army conducted airstrikes in the regions of Krasnohorivka, Marinka, Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region. Over 10 populated areas were affected by artillery shelling, including Krasnohorivka, Marinka, Maksymilianivka, Paraskoviyivka, Novomykhailivka, and Yelyzavetivka in the Donetsk region.
- In the Shakhtarsk direction, the Russian army made unsuccessful attempts to regain lost positions in the Urozhayne area of the Donetsk region. It carried out an airstrike in the region of Staromaiorske in the Donetsk region. Russian artillery shelling affected Vodiane, Vuhledar, Bohoyavlenka, Prechystivka, Zolota Nyva, Blahodatne in the Donetsk region.
- In the Zaporizhzhia direction, Russian troops conducted airstrikes in the regions of Novodanylivka and Orikhove in the Zaporizhzhia region. Over 20 populated areas were subjected to artillery shelling, including Zaliznychne, Huliaipilske, Bilohiria, Novoandriivka, Mali Shcherbaky, and Stepove in the Zaporizhzhia region.
- In the Kherson direction, over 25 populated areas were affected by Russian artillery shelling, including Beryslav, Tokariivka, Antonivka, Komyshany, Kizomys in the Kherson region, and the city of Kherson; Kutsurub, Ochakiv in the Mykolaiv region.
The Ukrainian troops’ strikes on Russian equipment
Meanwhile, Ukrainian Armed Forces continue their offensive operations in the Melitopol and Berdiansk directions, consolidate their achieved positions, and undertake counter-battery measures.
During the day, the aviation of the Ukrainian Air Force conducted 1 strike on the area of Russian personnel, weapons, and military equipment concentration. Additionally, Ukrainian military destroyed 4 tactical-level reconnaissance UAVs.
Rocket troops and artillery units struck and destroyed 1 Russian Strila anti-aircraft missile system during the day.
