Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration reported that Russian troops shelled civil infrastructure of Kherson on April 27, 2023. As a result, one civilian man was killed.

“Due to the Russian attack, several apartments of Kherson residents were damaged. Unfortunately, a 42-year-old man received non-life-threatening injuries. Also, the Russian army once again hit Kizomys of the Bilozerka community – five guided aerial bombs were dropped on the village. Information about the destruction and victims is being clarified,” noted the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
Earlier, Oleksandr Prokudin said that Russian military carried out 65 shellings of the Kherson region, firing 386 shells from heavy artillery, UAVs and aviation on April 26, 2023.
“The Russian army shelled the city of Kherson 10 times. Russian military targeted the residential quarters of the populated areas of the region; the territory of the electric substation of Beryslav district and administrative buildings of the settlement of Stanislav rural community were damaged. As a result of Russian aggression, 1 person was killed and three were injured,” added the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
